NexysSocial reserves the right to monitor content and remove any content that we believe violates these policies or is otherwise harmful, inappropriate, or objectionable. Our moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion.

Content Removal: If we determine that your content violates our policies, we may remove it. We will attempt to notify you of content removal where possible, but reserve the right to remove content without prior notice.

Account Suspension/Termination: Repeated violations of these policies may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your NexysSocial account. The severity of the action will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation, as determined by NexysSocial.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of NexysSocial exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim.
